Description

In accordance with our goal of providing best-in-class performance to our partners, SentiLink will be having a period of planned maintenance to upgrade our infrastructure. Maintenance will begin on Saturday, February 22nd between 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Pacific Time (11:00 PM - 12:00 AM Eastern Time). We expect all of our production services (APIs and dashboard access) to be impacted for up to 10 minutes during this period. On Saturday, January 18th the Social Security Administration will be taking their mainframe services offline for maintenance. Maintenance is scheduled to begin at 11:00PM ET, and is expected to last approximately 5 hours. During this time, SentiLink will not be able to process eCBSV requests.
