On Saturday, April 18th the Social Security Administration will be taking their mainframe services offline for maintenance. Maintenance is scheduled to begin at 11:00 PM (ET), and is expected to last approximately 4 hours. During this time, SentiLink will not be able to process eCBSV requests.

In accordance with our goal of providing best-in-class performance to our partners, the SentiLink API will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, April 25 starting at 8:00PM PT and lasting for 1 hour.  During this time, we do not expect our APIs to be down for more than 10 minutes.
